Organic ashwagandha root with organic black pepper, in a pullulan capsule. Sixty capsules, one twice daily.

Ashwagandha has been used in Ayurvedic practice for centuries and is among the most widely taken adaptogens today. The black pepper is there for absorption.

Two things to raise with your physician first. Ashwagandha can interact with thyroid medication, and there are published case reports of liver injury associated with it.
