Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only.

Rates
Economy shipping is $5.99 on orders up to $49.99. Orders of $50 or more ship free. We do not currently offer an expedited option.

Processing and delivery
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in the United States, typically within two business days. Delivery is by USPS, FedEx or UPS, and tracking is emailed to you once your order ships.

Weather can occasionally delay delivery. We do not ship refrigerated products, so additional time in transit will not affect what you have ordered.

Lost packages
If your order does not arrive at the shipping address you provided, email shop@goprolean.com. We will work with the carrier to locate it and reship if needed.
