Refund policy

We accept returns on unopened products up to 30 days after purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we do not accept COD returns.

To start a return, email shop@goprolean.com with your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not arrive in the original condition in which it was shipped, or where the product appears to have been opened or tampered with. Once we have received the product and approved it, we will refund the purchase price to your original method of payment.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, email shop@goprolean.com. We will work with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to locate the package and have it redirected if needed, and will reship if it cannot be found.

Prescription medications
Prescription medications are not sold through this store. For anything relating to your prescription, please use your Goprolean account or see goprolean.com/returns.
