This store is operated by Prolean Wellness Management LLC, 9360 E Raintree Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply when you browse or buy from shop.goprolean.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

What this store sells, and what it does not

This store sells dietary supplements and topical personal care products. No prescription medication is sold here. Prescription treatment through Goprolean is a separate service, provided by independent licensed clinicians, and is handled through your Goprolean account at member.goprolean.com. Nothing you buy here requires a prescription, and buying here does not create a clinical relationship with anyone.

These products are not medical treatment

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this store is medical advice. Product descriptions, ingredient lists and suggested use are provided for information only and are not a substitute for advice from your own clinician. If you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition, speak to a clinician before taking any supplement. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. We ship within the United States only.

Allergens and ingredients

Allergen and ingredient information is shown on each product page and is taken from the manufacturer's labelling. Formulations and manufacturing facilities can change. Always read the label on the product you receive before taking it, and do not rely solely on the website if you have a food allergy or intolerance. If the label differs from the website, contact us and do not consume the product.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment is taken at checkout. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Some products are available on a subscription. If you choose one, please read this section.

Your subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout, and continues until you cancel it.
The price, the delivery frequency, and the date of your next charge are shown to you before you pay, and again in your order confirmation.
On a pay as you go plan you are charged before each delivery. On a prepaid plan you are charged once for the full term and your deliveries are then sent on the stated schedule.
Subscription prices may change. We will email you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no minimum term, in your account at orders.goprolean.com or by emailing shop@goprolean.com. We will not ask you to telephone anyone or explain yourself.
Cancelling stops future charges and future deliveries. A delivery already paid for and dispatched is not cancelled by this; returns are covered by our refund policy.
You may also skip a delivery, change the frequency, change the product, or pause, from the same place.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our shipping policy and refund policy form part of these terms.

Product information

We take care with product information, but we do not manufacture these products, and descriptions, images, ingredient lists and availability may contain errors or become out of date. Colours and packaging may differ from the images shown. Where we find an error we will correct it, and where it affected your order we will make it right.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Our content

The text, photographs, design and trade marks on this store belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Product images and manufacturer materials belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, to resell products commercially without our agreement, to scrape or copy the site systematically, to interfere with its operation or security, or to submit content that is false, abusive or infringing.

Disclaimers and limits on our liability

The store and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this store or any product bought from it will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any right you have under applicable consumer protection law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here prevents either of us from seeking relief in small claims court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. We will update the date at the top when we make a change.
