About this product
Twenty-two grams of whey protein isolate per serving, in vanilla. Isolate rather than concentrate, which means most of the lactose and fat has been filtered out before it reaches the tub.
Protein is the thing most people fall short on once overall food intake drops, and a shake tends to be the easiest way to close that gap — quicker than cooking, and easier to get down on a day when nothing much appeals.
Two scoops in water or whatever you prefer. Chosen by the clinicians at Prolean Wellness.
