Almost everything in this category is aimed at men. This one isn't.

Worth a conversation before you start. This formula is more interaction-prone than most — soy isoflavones and red clover are plant oestrogens, black cohosh has case reports of liver injury attached to it, chasteberry can interact with hormonal contraception, and licorice root at dose affects potassium and blood pressure. None of that makes it a bad product. It does mean that if you take hormonal contraception or HRT, have a history of a hormone-sensitive condition, or are on anything for blood pressure, you should speak to a physician first. Ask us.
