Shilajit is a mineral resin from high-altitude rock, used in Ayurvedic practice for a very long time. Cordyceps is a fungus with a similarly long record in traditional use.

Contains oyster peptide. If you have a shellfish allergy, this is not for you — the ingredient panel below lists it, but it is not obvious from the name, so we would rather say it plainly here.

Suggested use: Place one oral strip on your tongue and allow it to dissolve before swallowing. Take one oral strip anytime, up to a maximum of 1 strip a day.
